Hybrid ISSCC 2022, What to expect?

Please read before registering for the conference. This will guide your choice!

Main highlights:

  • Networking events, Special sessions, Demos and Q&As will ALL be in-person this year. We expect most speakers to travel

  • !! Online conference will not include any live presentations or Q&As except for tutorials having live Q&A!!

  • Tutorials will ALL be online this year

  • All in-person attendees will have access to online materials

Plenaries:

In-person: live presentations. We expect most plenary speakers to travel

Online: Presentations will be streamed live, and videos will be available one or two weeks after the conference

Regular Sessions:

In-person: regular live presentations and live Q&As. We expect most speakers to travel. Pre-recorded videos will be played in the rooms, in case speakers cannot travel

Online: Slides, papers, and pre-recorded videos available online on the day of the session (please look at ISSCC advance program). An online chat will be open during the week of the conference to ask questions to authors.

Tutorials

ALL online. Slides and pre-recorded videos available one or two weeks ahead of the conference. Online chat is open for a few weeks to ask questions to tutorials’ speakers and a live online Q&A will be scheduled.

Forums:

In-person: regular live presentations and live Q&As. We expect most speakers to travel

Online: slides, videos available (Videos will be recorded live and will be posted one or two weeks after the conference).

Short course:

In-person: regular live presentations and live Q&As. We expect most speakers to travel

Online: slides, videos available (Videos will be recorded live and will be posted one or two weeks after the conference)

Special events:

In-person only. Events will be a mix of panels, interactive presentations, and networking

Demos:

In-person only. Live demo presentations, and networking

Exceptions: Women-in-Circuits and Student Research Preview

Online: Live presentations via zoom meetings in the online platform

In-person: Networking events organized in-person during the conference

Fees

Payment of the Registration Fee entitles the registrant to entrance to either the Online or In-person conference. Members of IEEE receive a substantial discount on conference fees, and members of SSCS receive an additional discount.

For an additional fee, educational events are offered as well as current and past ISSCC publications.

IEEE Member Authentication via IEEE login will be required for ISSCC 2022 to receive discount membership rates. When registering, please make sure to have your IEEE member login and password available.
