Call for Papers Overview
ISSCC 2027 CALL FOR PAPERS
***IMPORTANT SUBMISSION UPDATES & INFORMATION***
Please note the following important submission updates and highlights.
(1) (NEW) A figure density checking tool will be provided on the ISSCC Submissions Website to help authors evaluate whether their figures meet the acceptable density threshold. Authors must confirm at submission time that they have used the tool to see whether their figures conform to density guidelines.
(2) (NEW) At submission, authors will be requested to declare and explain any potential conflicts of interest (COI) with ITPC members of the subcommittees selected for review. Detailed COI guidelines will be provided on the Submissions Website.
(3) (NEW) ISSCC 2027 will introduce paper badges to recognize submissions that provide open design and/or measurement data. Details on eligibility and the badging process will be available on the Submissions Website.
(4) Make sure that ALL related work is sufficiently referenced, including your own. Undisclosed pre-publications may lead to withdrawal of an accepted paper.
(5) Submissions with a clear blind-review violation will be penalized during the Paper Selection. This penalty affects the paper acceptance as well as consideration for awards and the JSSC Special Issue invitation. Notifying Program Committee members outside of your organization of your submission is also direct violation of the double-blind-review policy and results in an immediate paper rejection.
