Confidentiality Statement

Will my submitted manuscript be held in confidentiality?

This question is most commonly asked in regard to pending patent protection. We do have confidentiality procedures for submitted manuscripts. However, a competent review of your manuscript requires that it be seen by a limited number of reviewers, some of which you may regard as competitors. ISSCC recommends that you seek any needed patent protection before submitting your paper. This is a legal question and we are not attorneys. If further discussion of our confidentiality procedures is needed we recommend you or your patent attorney contact our Conference Chair.
