This question is most commonly asked in regard to pending patent protection. We do have confidentiality procedures for submitted manuscripts. However, a competent review of your manuscript requires that it be seen by a limited number of reviewers, some of which you may regard as competitors. ISSCC recommends that you seek any needed patent protection before submitting your paper. This is a legal question and we are not attorneys. If further discussion of our confidentiality procedures is needed we recommend you or your patent attorney contact our Executive Director.
